Now hiring for Executive Director LALD position at our residential assisted living and memory care facility in Minnetonka. Owned and operated by a doctor and nurse, not a multi-layered corporation with autocratic leadership! Currently 1 location and looking at expansion to 5 homes in the next 5 years.

Maximize person-centered care in our newly remodeled state-of-the-art residential 10-bed community with activity room, hydroponic garden, beauty shop, staff locker rooms and kitchenette. Cutting-edge technology like RTasks, iN2L, LifeLoop, and CarePredict with artificial intelligence will simplify your work and make you more efficient so you can concentrate on caring for residents.

Executive Director

The Executive Director is responsible for ensuring profitability, regulatory compliance, high level of satisfaction, continuous quality improvement and persistent growth of the organization. Plans, directs, and coordinates the activities and services of the facility, while overseeing the budget and policy development and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Assisted Living Director Licensure (LALD) in Minnesota required.
  • Working knowledge of State and Federal regulatory requirements (MN law 144G, MN rules 4659), infection prevention and control measures, and OSHA requirements.
  • Minimum of two years managerial experience in assisted living, memory care or long-term care. Prefer residential assisted living.
  • Minimum of a bachelors degree in business, health care administration, marketing, or related field.
  • Experience leading sales and marketing efforts to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Essential job duties

  • Staff hiring, supervising, managing, and leading in line with SPIRIT Care Homes Mission and Vision.
  • Staff scheduling and Payroll.
  • Client and customer service main point of contact.
  • Performance tracking and reporting for budget utilization, marketing efforts, and customer satisfaction.
  • Regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations pertaining to assisted living and memory care license.
  • Developing and revising of policies and procedures.
  • Developing of continuous quality improvement programs.
  • Oversight of admissions and discharges in collaboration with our Director of Nursing.
  • Oversight and supervision of food service manager.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
