Casa Grande Academy is a 32-bed staff-secure residential behavioral health facility for moderate to high-risk adjudicated and non-adjudicated males between the ages of 10-18. Utilizing evidence-based treatment methodology, we provide clinical and therapeutic services, as well as the tools, motivations, life skills and education necessary for our residents to lead successful lives and reach their full potential. The program offers an on-campus fully accredited school, grades 6-12, which offers special education services, high school diplomas, or GED programming.

 

The Executive Director provides day-to-day leadership and management assuring high- quality services. The selected candidate will possess a positive track record in:




  • Daily management within a human service setting (child/adolescent population required)

  • Working effectively with and through others

  • Budgeting and fiscal management / interpretation

  • Legal and regulatory compliance

  • Developing systems, processes, and personnel

  • Promoting and establishing strong internal/external business relationships



The Must Haves




  • Position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in human services or related field from an accredited college or university and 5 years or more experience as an Executive Director/lead supervisor in a mental health setting. Master’s Degree is preferred, but not required.

  • The selected candidate must possess strong oral / written communication skills and computer skills.

  • Ability to relocate to location of assigned program

  • Must be able to occasionally travel and adjust work schedule as required.
