Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
  • Proven strategic planning experience
  • Expertise in operations, transformation, and change management
  • History of building relationships with physicians, APPs, managers, and support staff
  • Masters degree in health or business administration (preferred)
  • Valued certifications: CPPS, CMPE

Position Summary:As the Executive Director, you will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of our facility. Your role is pivotal in the administration and operations of the Physician Group, driving strategy, planning, execution, and performance across our practices and service lines. Our primary focus is on delivering high-quality care, exceptional patient experiences, and solid financial performance while maintaining our core values. Primary (Essential) Duties:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Drive growth, development, optimization, and transformation of our services and practices.
  2. Engage and integrate physicians, APPs, direct reports, and clinic support staff, fostering a high-performing and engaged team.
  3. Oversee physician and APP hiring, compensation, quality, patient experience, and access.
  4. Plan and execute for operational efficiency, cost containment, and high-quality patient care.
  5. Develop business plans and pro-formas to grow and implement services.
  6. Manage budgets and ensure financial performance.
  7. Provide mentorship, training, and support for professional growth.
  8. Collaborate on office/facility design, planning, and management.
  9. Work with other physician group leaders and senior leadership to advance organizational goals.
  10. Participate in councils, committees, and represent the organization to various stakeholders.
