Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Recruitment Executive who is also proficient in HR functions. This dual role requires a candidate with a strong technical recruitment background who can also support broader HR tasks within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Develop recruitment strategies to attract toptier technical talent and maintain a candidate pipeline. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and competencies for job openings. Conduct rolespecific assessments to determine candidate suitability. Manage HR duties including employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations. Facilitate training and development sessions for technical staff. Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that support the company's goals and objectives. Proven experience. in technical recruitment within the IT or related industry. Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical roles and required skills. Degree or Diploma holder in IT/HR/Tech You must be a self starter and take responsibilities. Excellent time management and prioritization abilities to meet deadlines in a self-directed environment. Proven track record of self-motivation and the ability to operate independently
