As a remote team member, you will represent Rocket Mortgage, a part of Company, and guide clients through the mortgage process with expertise and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Build and nurture relationships with real estate agents, investment advisors, accountants, and other professionals to promote the Rocket brand and assist clients in obtaining real estate financing.

Utilize your network to develop and maintain a book of business, driving referral volume and revenue.

Advise and educate clients on the home-buying or refinance process, helping them manage their mortgage effectively.

Analyze client financial situations to determine the appropriate loan product and guide them through the application and closing process.

Cultivate relationships with mortgage referral sources and represent the Rocket brand in the community to drive lead flow.

Stay updated on Rocket Mortgages product offerings and process changes, providing clients with the best possible service.

Minimum Qualifications

Proven track record generating organic referrals resulting in closings.

3 years of experience in mortgage loan origination.

Active NMLS and state licenses.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working autonomously.

Desire to work and grow in an entrepreneurial environment.
