As a company representative/ technician, you will be in house, repairing and preparing animatronic dinosaurs to be sent out for delivery to zoos and exhibits. When you are not in house, you will be travelling to zoos and exhibits to service the dinosaurs or make sure that they are functioning as they should be.

Our on-site interactions with our exhibitors are crucial in maintaining our ongoing and new client relationships. This position is highly customer service based, but also required the ability to work in varied locations and environments.

The various duties and responsibilities required:

• Testing and preparing equipment


• Providing troubleshooting as well performing installation/removal of equipment


• Attending the needs of the customer whenever required


• Performing the confirmation that the equipment is functional


• Providing onsite services for individual as well as organizations


• Ensuring that the equipment on which they have performed troubleshooting are in proper working condition


• Must have the ability to work independently with little to no supervision


• 50% travelis required-passport a plus (Busy season March to October)


• Needs to possess excellent customer service skills


• Ability to maintain good relations with customers


• Should have excellent verbal communication skills


• Must have ability to work well under pressure


• Ability to repair machines and systems, including rebuilds


• Works closely with management to set work schedule


• Travel & work is performed under a variety of weather extremes, from wet to dry, from cold to hot


• Must be comfortable interacting and communicating with executives


• Professionally represent the company while at exhibit location


• Must maintain valid Driver’s License

Physical Demands

• Must be able to have manual dexterity to operate equipment and tools required on the job

• Employees are furnished and required to wear safety gear, protective equipment, gloves, uniforms, as the job requires.

Our animatronic exhibits are unique, all necessary training will be provided.

High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to pass a background and drug screening. Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
