The Opportunity

As a Network Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on a wide range of estate planning techniques and associated instruments, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and more. Beyond offering guidance on these matters, you will assume responsibility for crafting and executing various planning documents.

Requirements

We are seeking immediate applicants who are Bar-admitted and boast a minimum of three years of prior experience in estate planning and business formation. Your proficiency in these domains will be critical to your success in this role.

Requirements

  • Virginia state bar admission in good standing
  • Private Practice
  • Minimum of three years estate plan drafting experience
  • Experience with using modern technology such as Microsoft products and CRMs
  • Comfortable with virtual communications
  • Business formation, highly preferred
  • Special needs, real estate, elder law, taxation and asset protection experience, a plus
  • Multiple state bar admissions, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus
