Assisting the Production Manager with management and control of flour milling production related issues and coordination of different sections related to production.

You have at least a bachelors degree and a strong background and experience in flour milling, including types of milling, efficiency of milling, and quality improvement of flour milling.

You have excellent communication and social skills. You are a true connector that with a strong flour milling, who has a rich knowledge of the industry as a whole.

You are familiar with quality control within the flour industry and can interpret test results.

You will report directly to the production manager with feedback on the industry and will contribute to the increase of the quality of our products.
