Python / AWS - Migration Midtown Manhattan / Jersey City, NJ Hybrid schedule: T. Wed, Thurs on site 6 Month Contract to Hire AWS Migration ProjectMust have skills Python, PySpark, Aurora Postgres.Talend (ETL) will be a big plus. 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing cloud infrastructures and ensuring the effective design of process in the cloud services5+ years of experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)5+ years of experience in SQL, data transformations, statistical analysis, and implementation with more than one Database Platform (e.g. Aurora PostgreSQL, Redshift, DynamoDB, etc.)5+ years of experience with one or more of the follow scripting languages: Python, SQL, Kafka, and/or other5+ years of experience designing and building solutions utilizing various Cloud services such as Glue, EC2, S3, EMR, Kinesis, RDS, Redshift/Spectrum, Lambda, Athena, API gateway, etc.Experience with AWS Security and Access Management Services such as IAM, Secrets Manager, KMS, Macie, and Certificate ManagerExperience with model training like Sagemaker and NotebookExperience with Talend(ETL) is a big plus Roles and Responsibility:Work with the team to evaluate business needs and priorities, liaise with key business partners and address team needs related to data systems and managementTranslate business requirements into technical specifications; establish and define details, definitions, and requirements of applications, components and enhancementsParticipate in project planning; identifying milestones, deliverables and resource requirements; tracks activities and task execution.Generate design, development, test plans, detailed functional specifications documents, user interface design, and process flow charts for execution of programmingDevelop APIs and Microservices (e.g., Spring Boot)Use an analytical, data-driven approach to drive a deep understanding of fast changing businessBuild large-scale batch process in AWS About Korn Ferry Korn Ferry unleashes potential in people, teams, and organizations.
