As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the transportation of goods on behalf of our clients. You will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our logistics department and ensure timely delivery of shipments. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in freight brokerage
• Strong knowledge of the transportation industry, including carriers, routes, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with shippers, carriers, and suppliers to arrange transportation of goods

• Manage the entire freight brokerage process, from initial order placement to final delivery
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery
• Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during transportation
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to foster long-term partnerships
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or inquiries from clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for each shipment
