We are looking for someone to start immediately with Hardie or wood siding experience, framing, carpentry, or other skills that would transfer well to Hardie siding installation. Capability of reading a tape measure to the 16th is required. Experience with installing Hardie siding is very strongly preferred. Because this job posting is for an experienced installer, please do not apply if your resume does not reflect your responses to the screener questions or relevant skills or experience with siding installation or closely related skills (e.g., framing).

You must be able to work as part of a team. You must be able to climb and work on ladders/scaffolding, regularly lift heavy materials, and work on average 8 hour days Monday-Saturday for the duration of each scheduled job. Typical daily hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM but sometimes change based on individual job needs. You must have a valid driver's license and transportation to and from the jobsites. Sometimes you will be required to switch between multiple job sites in a day. Please do not apply if you are not able to reliably get to the jobsites or independently travel to multiple sites within a day. Reliability and punctuality are key factors as we work on builder schedules. (Please note this is NOT a subcontracting job)

Most jobsites are from the New Smyrna Beach to Ormond Beach area but could also occur in other cities. This job has potential to branch out into other construction related activities. Starting pay is commensurate with demonstrated experience. A phone interview will occur first and once selected, you will be invited to perform an on the job interview to assess your skills. A background check is required prior to being hired.
