Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and product managers, to understand project goals and user needs.
- Conduct in-depth user research through various methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Create journey maps for key personas based on previous research.
- Facilitate workshops to align the team and stakeholders.
- Run usability testing on product pages to identify pain points.
- Synthesize research findings into clear, concise recommendations for design and product improvement.
- Create and execute research plans, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Once research-based recommendations are approved, provide pixel-perfect UI designs with specifications for developers.
- Create, follow, and update style guides and design pattern libraries to ensure consistent implementation.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and enhance the UX research process.
Requirements - Currently reside in the United States or Canada and possess the legal right to work as an independent contractor in the respective country.
- Native or Advanced English level (C1/C2).
- 3+ years of experience crafting digital experiences, products, and platforms as a User Experience Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
- Experience with Figma for design library management and prototyping, experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in relevant tools and software for UX research and analysis.
- Proven expertise in conducting user research using a variety of methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes that can accurately represent your research in a visual form.
