Marsh McLennan Turkey team is seeking candidates for FINPRO Manager based in the Istanbul office!

We will count on you to:


Engage with the insurance market as well as Marsh colleagues internationally to provide broking support

Support the FINPRO team with syndication of placement transactions including placement negotiation and transaction management;

Deliver prompt and accurate processing of post-placement services and contractual requirements such as signed binders, prompt policy issuance, and endorsement processing during the policy year.

Assist the FINPRO team to deliver value to clients through the production and maintenance of regional materials including peer group benchmarking reports, market intelligence as well as market trends and reports

Support the FINPRO team to deliver on key regional growth initiatives

Collaborate with Client Executives across Turkiye to gather data as well as support the building and maintenance of new business pipelines

Involved in strategy meetings relating to insurance renewals, client retention and new business;

Deliver the most competitive insurance product/placement available to the clients, by developing effective broking/carrier strategies to maximize Marsh's expertise and market advantage.

Regular analysis of carrier capacities in new and existing lines of business.

Contributes to the implementation of Marsh placement strategies.

Professional standards and Marsh Excellence - Assures full compliance with Marsh professional standards.

Preparation of insurance proposal including but not limited to quotes slips/coverage summary, letter/filing and all related matters pertaining to the clients portfolio.


What you need to have:


Preferably 5+ years of experience in liability insurances and /or financial lines (Professional Liability, Directors & Officers Liability, Crime); underwriting experience is preferred

University degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or Legal

Excellent English language skills, both verbal and written with the ability to communicate technical matters to a non-technical audience

To be proactive in learning trends to may impact our client and the product we offer to clients

Team-player, self-motivated, quick-learner, with a constructive and critical mind

Sales oriented and sales driven

Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines

Excellent command of MS-Office Applications
