• Cleaning, mopping, stripping and waxing floors.


• Clean floors using an industrial buffer, scrubber and burner machine, Strip and wax floors, extract and shampoo carpets.


• Remove old wax and re-wax floors, shampoo carpets, and perform basic cleaning duties.


• Measuring chemicals correctly.


• Operating chemical dispensing units.


• Cleaning, maintaining, and storing equipment and PPE proficiently.


• Keeping inventory of floor areas, and scheduling cleaning and maintenance duties.


• Reporting maintenance issues to supervisor.

Temp-to-Hire opportunity



 

• Floor maintenance experience preferred.


• Willing to work a flexible schedule starting at 5pm. (may include some weekends)


• Completion of on-the-job training.


• Undeterred by exposure to hazardous chemicals, bodily fluids, and communicable and infectious diseases.


• Resilient to noise.


• Physically agile.


• Valid Driver License.


• Excellent communication skills.
