We are seeking a seasoned Litigation and Intellectual Property Manager to guide our company's legal ventures and safeguard our intellectual assets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of litigation and IP law and will serve as an expert resource in a variety of related areas, from managing legal disputes to ensuring IP compliance and strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Advise on litigation risks associated with potential business decisions.
- Represent the company in any disputes and litigation matters.
- Address legal questions pertaining to customer complaints and claims.
- Draft and review operational-related agreements.
- Support HR with legal inquiries concerning employee disputes, finalization of HR policies, and company regulations.
- Cultivate relationships with regulatory bodies concerning litigation, customer complaints, and labor matters.
- Spearhead all IP-related activities including brand protection, IP aspects of marketing campaigns, product launches, portfolio management, and more.
- Navigate IP litigation and infringement issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with external IP advisors and oversee paralegal duties related to routine IP tasks.
- Deliver IP training sessions to the business and formulate IP policies for the company.
- Drive and contribute to the company's overall IP strategy.
