Job description
Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing facade shop drawings, facade fabrication drawings, and cutting lists.
Coordinate with client consultants such as architects, and structural to determine the best faade design outcomes.
Project lead internally with respective team to allow deliverables to be issued to the client.
Proficiency in AutoCAD software is a must.
Hands-on experience with facades like curtain walling, Roof Cladding, Rain screen, other cladding, etc.
Should have an excellent idea about all basic facade design principles.
Exceptional knowledge of all cladding materials.
Ability to manage projects independently and be responsible.
Knowledge in Autodesk Revit.
Ability to deal with all professionals within the building industry, including Clients, Architects & designers, contractors, manufacturers, etc.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelors in a relevant degree (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc).
Extensive familiarity with faade systems, faade design, and fabrication/manufacture.
Knowledge of relevant international standards and codes for facades and services.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a small, but growing team, and be flexible to meet the varied demands of the company.
