Monica Louies boutique Facebook ads marketing agency serves 6-, 7-, and 8-figure online business owners who want to connect with more of their ideal audience through high-converting Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ads.
We are a virtual team of Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest ads rockstars who help online business owners grow their impact and their profits!
We are looking for an Ads Strategist / Media Buyer to join our team.
This would begin as a full-time, 1099 contractor role (35 hours per week) that reports to the Ads Manager for a 90-day trial period. After that, the right person would be onboarded as a full-time, W2 employee!
Annual salary starts at $36,000 for the Ads Tech role. Annual salary starts at $48,000 but is based on experience for the Ads Strategist role. Salary will increase in both roles with increased responsibility. Year-end bonuses are in addition to the annual salary.
Were an entirely remote team and, although we allow a flexible schedule, some availability during standard business hours is requested for virtual training and meetings.
Please note that you must be living in and authorized to work in the United States.
Experience
Background in digital marketing and/or running successful Facebook ads campaigns is preferred but not required. Were willing to train the right person, but please make it clear in your application what skills you have, how theyre relevant to this role, and why you want to join Team Flourish.

Responsibilities
The Ads Strategist / Media Buyer plays a vital role in the ads team, creating the strategy for a variety of clients and steering the ship in campaign preparation and execution. Your primary responsibilities would include
- Creating ad plans for a diverse group of entrepreneurs and small businesses
- Managing workflows to execute ad plans with the appropriate members of the team
- Compiling data and writing reports to analyze what is working and taking a proactive approach to improving results
- Communicating with clients to discuss client goals and expectations (includes meetings on Zoom)
- Coordinating with clients to ensure they send the team any items needed to run the ads
- Crafting launch promotion and retargeting strategies
- Attending team meetings to stay up to date with the latest in Facebook and Instagram ads and the team
