Thompson is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our growing High-Fidelity Wraparound team.

 



The NC Wraparound Facilitator will engage high-needs youth and their families in developing, implementing, and monitoring an intensive, individualized care plan. This includes helping the team develop a natural support system, working on the development on an integrated plan and establishing a strong relationship with the family. The Facilitator is responsible for safeguarding the principles and steps of the High Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) process, and ensuring that the process is delivered with the fidelity to the model. The Facilitator will help the family develop a positive view of the future through various Wraparound activities and interventions.

 



This is an excellent position for non-licensed staff with a history and passion for case management who want to develop their leadership skills while providing a nationally recognized evidence based practice.

• Maintain flexibility in schedule and style to meet the needs of the families they are serving

• Solution focused mindset

• Ability to be non-reactive in the midst of high stress, crisis situations

• Ability to conceptualize case needs systemically

• Trauma informed philosophy and congruent behaviors

• Experience and ability to work with adults and children from diverse ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic environments

 



Must meet the definition of a Qualified Professional in NC (ie Bachelors degree or Masters in related field and a minimum of two years’ experience working with young adults and/or at-risk youth).

 



A valid NC driver’s license, at least 3 years of driving with a driver’s license and clean driving record are required. All potential job candidates must pass a drug screening test, and an extensive background check is required. No calls please.
