Scope:

•  Encompasses construction project management, space utilization, repair, and compliance with safety policies and regulations for buildings and grounds.


• Responsible for integrating plant, office and production equipment layouts for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment.


• Reviews, estimates, and manages costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.


• Develops criteria and performance specifications for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.


• Requirements: Applies leadership and extensive technical engineering expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines.


• Develops and resolves solutions to complex technical problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.


• Work is performed without day to day direction.


• Exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of an assignment.


• Completed work is reviewed from a relatively long term perspective for desire results.


• Represent the organization as the primary technical lead on a project. Interacts regularly with senior personnel and leads matters that require significant coordination between organizations.     

•  Requires a 4 year degree in an engineering discipline from an ABET accredited university.


• Degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering primary focus, Electrical or Mechanical with right construction project management experience will be considered.


• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect, PMP credentials, and MS engineering degree are pluses

This is a contract position.
