Guy Carpenter is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office:

Facultative Admin Assistant (Contract)

We will rely on you to:


Manage Client and Market invoices from processing system

Store and prepare email correspondences to Clients and Markets with correct invoices attached

Liaise with our offshore office to ensure Client documentation is produced promptly and aligned to agreed standards

Collate all Client documents (including signed slips, invoices and evidence of cover) into a package to be delivered to our Clients

Efficiently handle a variety of administrative duties, including filing and organizing documents (as required), to ensure smooth operations and compliance with established procedures


What you need to have:


Great attention to detail

Strong Client focus

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to prioritize work, while keeping to agreed timeframes

Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Insurance and/or reinsurance background would be a plus
