**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our growing team in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law and will play a key role in providing legal counsel to our clients on a wide range of family law matters.
**Responsibilities:**
- Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property division.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal opinions to clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.
**Qualifications:**
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Texas State Bar with a minimum of 5 years of experience in family law.
- Strong knowledge of Texas family law statutes and procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating settlements and advocating for clients in court.
**Compensation:**
The compensation for this position is competitive and ranges from $85,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
