We're looking for a Family Medicine clinician to join our team of compassionate caregivers at an FQHC in Queens. 

Schedule:

• Maternity leave coverage needed starting 4/29 for 3 months
  
  
  
  • Extension possible
  
  
• Weekday schedule: Monday - Friday or Monday - Thursday, 9:00-5:00 or 9:30-5:30

Practice Setting:

• 10-15 patients per day
  
  
  
  • High volume days of up to 30 patients possible
  • On high volume days, backup MD or APPs are called over from other sites to help see patients
  
  
• Caseload includes well-child exams, vaccinations, sick visits, bread and butter PC, walk-in/same day appts
  
  
  
  • 60% of cases will be peds including newborns
  
  
• EMR: Athena
• Part of a group of Federally Qualified Health Centers; patient population is primarily composed of at-risk individuals
