nFuzion Health is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Family Practice Physician to join our clients teams. As a member of the team, you will have the opportunity to provide compassionate care for families in our community. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, and will play a key role in educating patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and determine diagnoses Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and manage ongoing care Provide guidance and support to patients and their families Document medical histories and progress notes in electronic health records Coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals Attend and participate in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the practice of medicine Requirements Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy degree from an accredited institution Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state Current DEA registration Excellent clinical and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with patients, colleagues and other healthcare professionals. Commitment to providing evidence-based, patient-centered care Experience with electronic health records and other medical technologies is preferred.
