Schedule:
Monday to Friday schedule
No nights or weekends are required and shared call on a 1:6 or 1:7 basis
High-volume clinic that averages 20-25 patients daily
Practice Setting:
100% outpatient primary care services for all ages, including women's health,
Busy community-based clinic has been supporting the local industry and diverse residents for over 20 years
High volume of Medi-Cal (Medicaid) patients and the incoming provider will work with medically underserved populations
Compensation:
Competitive guaranteed base salary of $280K+ (DOE) plus quality bonuses
401K with employer matching compensation of up to 5%
