Location: Worksite Locations (When onsite is required):
100% onsite in Yuma, AZ
What you will be working on:
You will support the government facilities and acquisitions department with technical review and composing of contract language for future construction projects and activities. You should have knowledge and understanding of facility planning and assessments and general real estate laws. Overall, you will ensure any proposed contract language provided to the acquisition group will have clear facilities approaches. You will also assist with managing government controlled property that leases the space to various tenants. You will develop plans for, and/or overseeing substantial geographic areas
Requirements
What you will bring to us (Must):
- Bachelor's and 4 years of relevant experience
- Facilities management/coordination experience
- Understanding of general real estate
- Team player with good communication skills
