Position : FAE

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Work with customers on DFM and DoEs and be an advocate for the customer, collaborate to solve design/MFG challenges together
Be a liaison between factory team in China and customers in the US
Work with cross-functional teams of Product Design, Mechanical, Process, Tooling and Automation to assess and communicate MFG issues and risks from POC (concept), Prototype to Initial Ramp/Production phases
25% travel internationally for Training, working together with factory teams, and to support customer visits during NPI builds at China factories

Technical Skills
Software: SoliWorks, UG/NX, AutoCAD, ANSYS, MS Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel)
Programming: MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, Linux, TensorFlow
Machining: 3D-Printing, Injection/ Insert Molding, Stamping, Welding/Laser Welding/Soldering, CNC Machining, Laster Etching & Cutting
Manufacturing Process: Automation, Gluing, Ultrasonic, Tolerance Analysis, FMEA, FA/CA
Others: DoE Design Capabilities

Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, Master is preferred
3+ years of related working experiences in Consumer Electronics Products and in ODM/OEM industry
Apple experiences is preferred
Languages: Fluent in English and Chinese
Able to work under fast-paced, tense working pressure, extended working hours and multi-cultural / highly competitive working environment
