We have a current opening for a Field Engineer for a project at Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW). The position will be located at our field office at the project site.

Success in this position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist with purchasing, project document control, Material Take Offs, quotes
  • Assistance with delivery receiving, scheduling, and inventory management, maintain organization with use of Forklift
  • Back up for Dispatching of skilled labor from local union halls and ensuring requests comply with project specifications; laborers, operators, etc.
  • Responsible for new hire processing; badging, pre-employment drug screen scheduling, new hire orientation and training, providing PPE, documentation, etc.
  • Maintain record/documentation as required for dispatching, hiring, etc.
  • Daily timecards, badging set up and scheduling
  • Regular and timely communication with GC; daily dispatch, daily reports, etc.
  • Maintain PPE and other supplies as needed


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years' experience in administrative support role, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Experience in admin/field support role within construction a plus
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, good judgement, and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize multiple deadlines and assignments simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and responsibly handle sensitive materials/information

Special Considerations:

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish a plus
  • Previous knowledge/experience of driving forklift
  • Must be eligible to be badged at airport
  • Must be able to work night shifts
