Eightfold AI is seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns with a focus on field events to generate new pipeline and drive revenue growth in specific regions. This role requires a combination of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills to effectively plan and execute field events and other marketing tactics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive field marketing plans with a focus on field events to generate new pipeline and drive revenue growth in specific regions.Align with the global partner marketing team in developing and assisting in the execution of regional partner marketing activity, including content creation, events and conferences.Collaborate with the sales team to understand regional goals and objectives, and align marketing initiatives to support sales objectives.Align with regional SDR/sales in strategies to engage and follow up with marketing qualified leads.Plan and execute a variety of field events, including seminars, workshops, tradeshows, and customer meetups, to engage prospects and customers and drive demand.Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, content marketing, and demand generation, to develop compelling messaging and content for field marketing initiatives.Leverage a mix of online and offline marketing tactics, including email marketing, social media, direct mail, and advertising, to promote field events and drive attendance.Track and analyze the performance of field marketing initiatives, including ROI analysis, to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.Manage relationships with external vendors, venues, and partners to ensure the successful execution of field marketing initiatives.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in field marketing to continually optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in field marketing, event marketing, or related roles, preferably in the technology industry.Proven track record of successfully developing and executing field marketing plans to drive pipeline and revenue growth.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships with external partners.Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.Creative thinker with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and tactics to engage prospects and customers.Proven experience on managing event execution including logistics, food and beverages, onsite management.Ability to travel 30 to 40% of their time to execute on field events and meetings as required.We are a team of self-starters who excel in their fields.
