As the Field Operations Specialist, you will support field operations to ensure guests satisfaction, as well as supporting owners needs and provide back up support to the General Manager.


Responsibilities

  • Provide superior service to our owners and guests
  • Use of our reservation system and app to provide outstanding customer service
  • Perform pre-arrival inspections of homes to ensure quality standards
  • Promptly reports/corrects any inconsistencies/maintenance issues with speed and accuracy to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Assist with guest and owner needs, including responding to after-hours calls (evenings and weekends) in a timely manner
  • Hand guest issues, relaying to maintenance and do follow-up on pending items
  • Perform light maintenance tasks (swap propane tanks, change light bulbs, etc)
  • Manage administration, including invoicing, vendor scheduling and package/delivery management
  • Work with our property management system to support our housekeeping and maintenance departments
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies and organize supply inventories
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the General Manager in supporting general operations as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned by General Manager

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in customer service or quality control/assurance
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency at times, as well as working in a team environment
  • Superior customer service skills
  • Ability to work self-directed and have initiative
  • Ability to adapt and be flexible with different projects on a short notice
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, preferred


Working Conditions

  • Able and willing to work weekends, on-call after hours and/or holidays when needed
  • Office work environment and out in the field, as well as some work from home
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected
  • Position requires employee to stand, walk, drive throughout shift
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 30 lbs
  • Indoors and outdoors work environment
  • Position may come into contact with pets
  • Schedules vary based on business need, so flexibility is expected
  • Position occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl


Compensation

$24-$25 / hour
