Interface Systems is looking for a Field Project Manager. This role will manage all aspects of a specific system or project in order to meet customer expectations and maintain a high level of quality through communication, customer service, installation, inspection, and service standards.
Reviews the project proposal or plan to determine the time frame, procedures for accomplishing the project, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project.
Establishes work plan and resources for each phase of the project and arranges for assignment of project personnel.
Review installation guides with internal or external resources to ensure first-time installation success.
Coordinate parts management for projects, including receiving, staging, and distribution of parts.
Provide technician and customer training as needed.
Directs and manages the day-to-day work effort of project personnel to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
Prepare project reports for management, customer, or others as required.
Coordinate the use of subcontractors if required.
Attend all project meetings as required.
Ensure that the project meets local government regulations or other government agencies standards if required.
Act as a problem solver when issues arise during installations.
Administer and follow Company safety policies.
Perform pre-install surveys as required.
Perform post-install surveys to ensure installation and standards were followed.
High School Diploma required; college degree preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of technical install or service experience
Understanding products and applications in the industry
In-depth knowledge of installation practices and standards
Skilled in estimating, managing, and leading projects to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain industry certifications as required
