As a
Field Quality Engineer,
youll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction

by quickly responding to customer needs and request, providing aligned solution within organization to and making sure that sustainable, corrective action are in place.

What youll do:

Properly respond to the customer complaints.
Conduct technical analysis of field returns.
Drive Continuous improvement within the process.
Works independently and provides consultative advice within specific functional areas.


Your qualifications:

Bachelors degree or equivalent, in electrical engineering or related field (Masters Degree preferred)
Experienced in engineering, quality, or customer service.
Knowledge of light sources, electronics circuit and its application will be advantages
Hands on with good technical analyzing skills and structured way of working
Customer oriented approach
Good communication skills
Fluent in English
