Job Description
As a Field Service Engineer- in Antalya region, by using your strong technical skills you will be providing the best-in-class customer service! As part of the Service engineering organization, you will contribute to providing the right data, context, and approach which will change the way we do business and make a difference for our customers.


Your

role:


Customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, service, and maintain customer sites.

Assisting in service repair, preventative maintenance, field change orders / installations.

Identifying and solving customer issues, providing the customer with the appropriate communication, and involving Service and Sales teams as appropriate.

Operating under required knowledge of regulatory requirement.
As a Field Service engineer you will be working as a team member of Service delivery team in Antalya region and reporting to Field Support Manager HS Delivery Service MET
You will have an opportunity to develop your technical skills in a multinational set up while working in a hybrid model.

You're the right fit if:


Previous hands-on experience servicing medical or other high technology equipment. Preferably demonstrated, repair and troubleshooting skills with experience in one of our modalities appreciated.

University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Electronics Technology degree or any other relevant engineering major.

Good command of English written and spoken in addition to local language.

Good command of MS Office programs

No restriction for travelling in Trkiye.
