Lead and coordinate the field service department for a leading laboratory instrumentation company. Be a source of expert knowledge on analytical instrumentation such as Liquid Chromatographs, Gas Chromatographs and Mass Spectrometers.

Duties:

*** Prepare schedules and direct field service personnel so that all customer needs are met in a timely fashion.

*** Monitor field service team to see that work is completed in a timely fashion and according to company and industry regulations.

*** Interview, hire and train new field service personnel.

*** Assist technicians in the field, if necessary.
