Description Position responsibilities will include: Operating as Team Leader for a team of Service Engineers and Technicians for delivering warranty, service, spare parts, and solutions Assisting with capacity planning, performance management and professional development of service team Ensure technical expertise in section is developed/adjusted to meet future business requirements. Providing warranty services in India for Existing Service Installed Base. Managing service requirements for HVDC warranty, services & spare parts Assisting with quotation of spare parts, service, hotline and small projects.
