Manage team of Service Technicians and Engineers to ensure all customer needs are met on a timely basis and emergencies are responded to promptly.

*** Dispatch technicians on daily service routes to facilitate safe and proper maintenance of precision analytical instruments performing High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Gas Chromatography, Spectrometry, Elemental Analysis, and similar.

*** Remotely monitor installations, troubleshoots, tune ups, and repairs at customer locations including hospitals, dialysis clinics, research centers, and similar facilities to ensure quality of service.

*** Review service concerns with Customers, Sales Engineers, and Branch Manager.

*** Provide technical expertise to maximize equipment systems and application benefits to customer.

*** Maintain and manage spare parts inventory for branch and region.

*** Supervise direct reporting staff, set employee goals and objectives, and conduct performance reviews.

*** Spearhead professional development of service staff through additional training.

*** Assist sales department with new service opportunities to generate additional business.
