Cloud Ops Business Analyst
to join a highly skilled cloud operations organization responsible for overall IaaS and PaaS management at a global scale. As a part of this new organization, you will have a unique opportunity to broaden your analytical knowledge and problem-solving skills while being at the forefront of healthcare innovation working on our advanced healthcare digital platform.
Your role:

Provide you the opportunity to leverage your financial and cloud knowledge to deliver efficiencies in our healthcare platform services to a broad set of internal and external customers.
Take your financial and analytical skills to the next level working on diverse and complex technical challenges in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Develop and mature cloud financial modeling; Budget forecast cost and savings for cloud and platform services
Assess and optimize cloud cost structures, understanding both cloud and business drivers
Analyze and recommend cloud services purchases; Present business reviews to senior management team and relevant stakeholders
Run Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis for AWS quotes and migration business cases
Define alerting requirements billing thresholds; Evolve and implement reserve instance compute saving plan strategy
Implement guardrails to optimize cost performance; Collaborate with technical architects to optimize cost and performance
Evaluate, design and document financial models for public, private and hybrid cloud infrastructures
Collaborate with project management and technical staff to implement financial controls and measures.
Build and maintain recurring financial reports to share with senior leadership and key stakeholders
Collaborate with billing team to investigate and implement billing process improvements
Analyze and recommend pricing structures for existing and new services

You're the right fit:

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
3 + years of experience in FinOps is required
Experience in financial modeling and analysis of large scale IT infrastructure
Experience with Cloud Infrastructure & Application monitoring tools; Exposure to public cloud environments, AWS preferred
Highly effective communication skills, the ability to report and synthesize financial data
Interact with a diverse set of stakeholders and to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to communicate key financial concepts with a technical audience
Understanding of public cloud concepts, structures, workloads, cost drivers
Familiarity of a 24x7 Cloud or SaaS production environment



Philips Transparency Details


The pay range for this position is $90,090 to 166,320 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
