Kantar Worldpanel is currently undergoing significant transformation across its business, enabled primarily by programmes underway in its Global Technology, Operations and Product and Solutions teams (TOP). The aim of the transformation is to create and deliver consistent, global processes, tools, and capabilities that power market-leading products and solutions.

Financial management and organisational design underpin the transformation, and the business partners (Finance and People) that underpin the work underway in TOP play an important role in informing and quantifying the programmes collective success. To this end, we are seeking an experienced and innovative
Finance Business Partner
to run the financial aspects of the transformation. This individual will support the Chief Technology Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Product Officer in managing their Business As Usual (BAU) budgets while simultaneously delivering the transformation programmes.

Key Outcomes:



Leads with Impact & Connects to Win


Design and implement monthly reporting for each TOP function, crafting standard methodologies that drives consistency across the business.


Owns Commercial Success & Drives Lasting Change


Manage business planning for the launch of MyWorldpanel. This includes management of the cost base and tracking of revenue increases and operations/client services efficiencies.

Put processes and reporting in place to ensure accurate Capex reporting and forecasting to support decision making and ensure delivery of the annual Capex budget.

Contribute the TOP elements of the Worldpanel 3-year plan and annual budget, ensuring the transformation benefits are correctly accounted for.


Solves Problems Decisively


Support the Transformation Director in managing a cross- TOP portfolio of strategic projects.

Provide full visibility of TOP cost base to ensure spend is understood across Kantar.


Key Capabilities required for this role:


Relevant degree level-education (or equivalent), or an accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent).

Proven experience working in a similar role within a global organisation with FP&A or Business Partnering experience.

Demonstrable experience of working collaboratively in a matrix, multicultural and business change/transformation environment.

Ability to engage and collaborate with multiple partners across different business divisions, including at board level.

Strong financial modelling and analytical skills (advanced skills in Excel and manipulation of large datasets).

Knowledge of key business process technologies, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
