Pay Structure & Benefits

Annual base salary $80,000-$115,000 plus bonus opportunities
Paid time off- flexible personal days off, mental health days, vacation time, and paid company holidays.
In addition, you will be eligible for birthday time off, an extended holiday break, and a summer hours program.

Education and Experience Requirements:

Requisite skills and experiences for a senior finance leader are required.
Bachelors in finance, economics, or accounting is required.
Master of Business or Finance is a plus.
Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) and Chartered Financial Analysts (CFAs) are preferred.
A minimum of 2 years in finance in a company with $50-500mm revenue is required.
Attend regular meetings at our corporate office in Elmhurst twice a week
Ability to travel to Central Florida for quarterly meetings with key executives.

Responsibilities:

Leads all financial planning and analysis (FP&A), including forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Collaborates with the owner and executives to accelerate the business.
Manages a growing finance department.
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Builds and manages monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts.
Advises on capital investments and strategies.
Develops strategies to increase return on investment and profitability.
Oversees and reviews accounting tasks, including payroll, taxes, and compliance.
Presents timely financial reports to the owner and the executive team.
Collaborates with the owner and executives to create budgets and track KPIs.
