KRAS Job Description Position Lead Finance Qualification Chartered Accountant/ MBA (Finance)/ ICMAI Experience 5+ years experience in managing Finance & Accounts of a manufacturing company independently. Experience in accounting packages in must. SAP is preferred. Job Profile Responsible for directing the fiscal functions of the organization in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles issued by the Financial Accounting Standards Board and other regulatory and advisory organizations and in accordance with financial management techniques and practices appropriate within the industry. Further to the above, detailed roles and responsibilities include: Planning: Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting financial initiatives Develop financial and tax strategies Manage the capital request and budgeting processes Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction Operations: Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury departments Oversee the financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced Oversee the company's transaction processing systems including imports & exports. Supervise due diligence. Undertake Financial Audit Financial Information: Oversee the issuance of financial information Report financial results to the board of directors Risk Management: Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile Construct and monitor reliable control, checks and balances of the financial system. Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies Report risk issues to the audit committee of the board of directors Maintain relations with external auditors and investigate their findings and recommendations Funding: Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts Arrange for debt and financing Invest funds Third Parties: Maintain banking relationships Represent the company in other Govt offices like GST, EOU, SEZ etc. Desired Qualities Integrity In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP / Oracle / Tally / Focus / Ramko) Ability to strategize and solve problems Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and people skills An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
