Key Responsibilities

• Reports to Director of Finance. Manage North American financial reporting, budget, and periodic forecasts. Coordinate with other Finance Teams (Financial Reporting, Treasury, Sales Finance, Marketing Finance & Operations Finance) to facilitate timely and accurate reporting.
• Manage a team of 3 Financial Analysts responsible for Sales and Promotional, Selling, General & Administrative Expense and Forecast consolidation.
• Consolidate forecasts from Finance teams including sales/promotion, marketing, procurement, production costs, distribution and warehousing. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for analysis and review with Director of Finance and upper management.
• Support corporate SG&A teams (Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Creative) through budget/forecast ownership, cash flow initiatives and project analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis and evaluate the profitability of various products and product lines. Prepare & publish brand, segment and customer P&Ls and collaborate with functional Finance Teams to improve results.
• Analyze actual/forecast data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve financial performance. Collaborate with Finance teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Support Director of Finance in managing special projects and corporate initiatives.
• Lead, manage, and grow the NA Planning Team while providing guidance, mentorship, and support. Set performance goals, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.
• 7+ years of finance experience (investment banking, financial consulting, corporate finance, FP&A, etc.) including 2+ years in management roles.
• CPG Industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and financial reporting including GAAP accounting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Oracle NetSuite experience preferred.
