Finance / Taxation Manager ( Only Male CA )

RESPONSIBILITIES-

KRA/Accountable for :

Develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.

Keeping informed about the latest developments in the finance industry.

Partnering the Business in all financial interventions.

Managing and implementation of various policies, upholding various controls and best practices across business pertaining to Cost Controlling and Banking.

Active role along with Business Heads in establishing a high-performance culture- Represent and Coordinate company best interests to third parties, including suppliers and factories.

Good exposure in finalizing Balance sheet is must.

Budgeting:

Manage Accounting and MIS Reporting of the BUs including Budgetary control- Facilitate a robust KPI system in line with company framework.

Inventory optimization, vendor payments and work on overall profitability of the organization.

Competition analysis.

Analysis of Budget vs. Actual admin & other expenses and propose efficiency in current processes

Control Improvements:

Strengthen existing controls & efficiency parameters and develop new ones depending upon the demands of the business Key Success Factors.

Handle Internal Audits, accounts closing maintaining accurate and complete financial records and participating in audits or reconciliations, as needed.

Proper Implementation and overseeing adherence of all SOPS Systems and Processes.

Accounting and Finance Control:

Overseeing the daily activities of the accounting department and ensuring that all major projects, month-end, and year-end reports are completed accurately and on time.

Compliance to statutory requirements w.r.t accounting principles and guidelines.

Inventory management.

Taxation:

Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.

Work with input tax credit, Turnover Tax, withholding tax, Retailer level VAT & VDS, AIT, CD and SD.

Maintain all level of communication with the local Tax circle office, custom office, VAT, income tax commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.

Ensure tasks related with HS code, customs act, BIDA, RJSC etc.

Preferred Skills:

Manufacturing experience is compulsory. Steel manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.

CA should posses marketing skills would be preferable for this profile.

Maturity and leadership skills are prerequisite for the position and Analytical mind.

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power point.

Presentable and good communication skills.

Age Desired : Below 35 years.
