SHIFT: Monday - Friday (on-site) 8a-5pm [(occasional sundays once a month 8-5p typically the last Sunday (remote)]
Job Summary:

The purpose of this position is to ensure that the accounting department operates efficiently and effectively by handling financial reporting, reconciliations, and audits.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain fixed asset records in compliance with Client FAMM and apply for approval of new acquisitions.
- Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assist with SOX testing.
- Process intercompany and intragroup transactions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.

Experience:

- 3 years of experience in Accounting.

Professional Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Strong 10-key and data entry skills.
- Ability to compile balance sheets, comparative income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Journal entry preparation/monthly account reconciliations.
- JD Edwards experience preferred but not required.
