Role Overview

As a Financial Advisor at AXA Philippines, you will be an integral part of our mission to help clients achieve their financial goals through expert guidance and tailored solutions. You will engage with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide comprehensive financial advice. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, financial acumen, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed financially

Key Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Conduct thorough financial needs analyses to understand clients' short and long-term objectives, assess risk tolerance, and tailor recommendations accordingly.
Product Expertise: Stay informed about AXA's diverse range of insurance and investment products. Educate clients on available options, explaining features, benefits, and potential risks.
Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and responsiveness. Act as a trusted advisor for clients' financial concerns.
Sales and Target Achievement: Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets. Leverage effective sales techniques to promote AXA's products and services while maintaining ethical and compliant practices.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with regulatory standards and AXA's policies.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remotely and independently
Possess or be willing to obtain relevant licenses and certifications (e.g., Licensed Financial Advisor)
