Financial Analyst

This role focuses on enhancing profitability, optimizing processes, and minimizing costs to improve the overall business. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with senior management to achieve financial and strategic objectives utilizing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) best practices. This includes supporting the corporate FP&A functions, initiatives, and reporting within the Operations department.

Responsibilities:

Conduct monthly reviews for corporate finance.

Engage in financial modeling and provide ad hoc analytics support.

Business Planning assist on financials.

Develop and implement financial tools and processes as required.

Take on additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance is required. An MBA or CPA certification is preferred but not required.

Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in financial or business analysis, or a combination of education and relevant experience.

Skills: Requires strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures is essential. The ability to communicate effectively and work on multiple tasks with minimal supervision is required.
