Responsibilities

• Facilitate the budget, forecast and reforecast processes.
• Ensure the accuracy and completion of the costs taken into account during the monthly closing.
• Establish and document methods for calculating standard production costs (e.g. bills of material, ranges, allocation of indirect costs, etc.).
• Analyze industrial variances and be proactive with industrial management.
• Support the North American post-sales Service Center on financial aspects, identifying levers for improvement and supporting operational staff in their implementation.
• Analyze operational performance through monitoring of KPIs and engage operational staff on corrective actions.
• Assume responsibility for the correct valuation of stocks and processes related to inventories.
• Participate in the improvements and implementations of the financial management's information systems by contributing your knowledge and expertise.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of financial controlling experience, with a focus in production, manufacturing, industrialization, etc.
• Expert skills in financial modeling and financial planning through the of software systems like Hyperion, OneStream, SAP, Microsoft Excel, etc.
• MBA, Master's in Finance or CPA would be a plus
• A sharp business acumen coupled with a broad, but solid, understanding of essential accounting principles
• Ability to interface and influence at levels of the business, from first-level managers to higher-level directors and executives
• Advanced analytical skills
• A commitment toward delivering consistent and measurable results within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• A solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills capabilities
