Financial Operations Clerk needs 1-2 years of related experience required



Financial Operations Clerk requires:




  • bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables

  • Experience with FinancialForce and Oracle ERP order management is a plus



Financial Operations Clerk duties:




  • Support a field team in assigned geography

  •  Ensure accurate billings are invoiced each month and resolve customer reconciliation requests

  • Track invoices, orders, and backlog

  • Ensure charges to the GL are coded correctly and accurately

  • Create quotes and ensure that new orders are booked on tim

  •  Review Statement of Work/Contract and complete project setup

  • Define, analyze and manage finance operations metrics

  • Apply Finance and Consulting Governance Policies
