Financial Operations Clerk needs 1-2 years of related experience required
Financial Operations Clerk requires:
- bachelor’s degree in related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Experience with FinancialForce and Oracle ERP order management is a plus
Financial Operations Clerk duties:
- Support a field team in assigned geography
- Ensure accurate billings are invoiced each month and resolve customer reconciliation requests
- Track invoices, orders, and backlog
- Ensure charges to the GL are coded correctly and accurately
- Create quotes and ensure that new orders are booked on tim
- Review Statement of Work/Contract and complete project setup
- Define, analyze and manage finance operations metrics
- Apply Finance and Consulting Governance Policies
