Job Description
BAE Systems, Electronic Systems (ES) is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead the Precision Strike and Sensing Solutions (PS) Business Area FP&A team. In this position, the employee will be responsible for managing a team of people who are responsible for:

• Gathering, analyzing, preparing and summarizing recommendations for financial Operating plans, quarterly forecasts and five year business forecasting.
• Leading the preparation of business area quarterly and IBP across all functions and product lines within PS
• Monitoring business performance for the Business Area, Product Lines and functions that support PS. Includes analyzing financial performance and comparison of actual results against planned results and finding solutions for enhancements.
• Manage New Business Funds and Capital allocations
• Developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts.
• May assist in running valuation models and financial analysis associated with mergers, acquisition and disposal processed.

Position can be hybrid OR full-time remote(link removed) Hybrid locations include New Hampshire (multiple locations), Huntsville, AL and Cedar Rapids, Iowa

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelors degree and 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a masters degree and 8 years of work experience.
• Capability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Strong analytical abilities combined with the interpersonal skills necessary to communicate, present, and support analyses to leadership at all levels in an accurate and concise manner.
• Experience with project forecasting and analysis
• Wherewithal to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures.
• Aptitude to develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and innovation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to influence and network

Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Person.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• Understanding of project finance concepts and processes
• Working knowledge of Hyperion and Oracle

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $120560 - $204930

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
