This Financial Planning Analyst position works closely with various stakeholders including Business Leaders and Finance to solve complex problems that directly impacts Kestra. This position helps lead efforts in financial planning, budgeting and short and long term forecasting for the Company. This position interprets financial results, effectively communicates a business narrative, and implements mechanisms for new reporting insights at scale with a goal to make data more actionable. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Finance and has significant exposure to the CFO and the executive leadership team.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Support the revenue cycle management (prescription to cash)
  • Review, analyze, and improve the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at each step of the SWO to Cash process
  • Measure performance of regions, territory, and team member (e.g. COS, BCA, etc.)
  • Create financial models and reporting tools that provide insight into past performance and future trends to support and guide decision making
  • Gather and consolidate monthly risks and opportunities
  • Increase coordination and alignment across functions. Implement best practices and consistent processes to ensure efficient and effective financial support
  • Provide financial support and guidance and perform ad-hoc analysis as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience Required:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 4 years experience in finance or related field in Accounting, Business, Economics, or other highly analytic field
  • Demonstrated financial acumen and/or experience in the areas of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytic, financial modelling, and reporting skills
  • Experience with technology tools and ability to implement tools preferred
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
  • Ability to collaborate with and solicit cooperation from individuals in a variety of roles

Preferred:

  • MBA and/or CPA
  • Experience with technology tools and ability to implement tools preferred
  • Experience within the Healthcare and Medical Device industries

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Indoor open office environment or remote
  • Minimal noise volume typical to an office environment
  • Extended hours when needed
  • Drug-free

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Frequent repetitive motions that may include wrists, hands and/or fingers, such as keyboard and mouse usage
  • Frequent stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time
  • Frequent computer use
  • Frequent phone and other business machine use
  • Occasional lifting required, up to 25 pounds

TRAVEL:

  • Occasional travel, domestic and international, may be required, less than 5%

Pay equity is an important part of Kestras Culture. Our compensation ranges are guided by national and local salary surveys and take into consideration experience level and internal equity. Salary: Annualized between $83,000 and $95,000. Depending on experience and location.
