Experience- Min 2 years of Banking (BFSI) Sales Experience with Field work

Job Description:

- Managing the life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.

- Handle Different branches

- Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.

- Follow up with Operations and Training the Lead Generators of Banks.

- To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.

- Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.

- Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.
