Our reputable financial services firm is seeking an experienced Financial Services Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience in the financial industry and possess excellent organizational and communication skills. This pivotal role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of financial procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and assist in managing client relationships

- Coordinate client meetings and prepare necessary documents, reports, and presentations

- Conduct financial research, gather data, and help prepare financial plans and presentations

- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Process client transactions, including account openings, fund transfers, and trade execution

- Assist in marketing and business development initiatives, including the creation of marketing materials and client communications

- Support the team in day-to-day operations, such as managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls and emails promptly

- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth functioning of the office and provide support when needed

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a financial services support role

- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and procedures

- Proficient in using financial software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with CRMs and other client management systems is preferred
